The Recruiter's Edge: Activity Breeds Activity

Sounds simple to say you are busy as a recruiter. Lots of job orders, lots of candidates but lacking in the sales. 


The number one thing you must do to jump start your business is to measure your activity and then improve those numbers as quickly as possible.


Make a goal to make 100 outgoing calls every day for three months and you will see better results.
